Report a bug from the app
The fastest way to send us a bug: shake your iPhone.
Steps
- Go to the screen where the problem is.
- Shake your iPhone. A feedback sheet opens with a screenshot of that screen attached.
- Say what you expected and what happened, then send.
- Wrong rate or wrong pick on a card? Use “Not right” on the pick, or Report a problem on the card if you see it.
Good to know
- Shake to report is for beta testers and may not be on in every build; if nothing happens, email us with a screenshot.
- Bug report screenshots are stored with your report and deleted when you delete your account.
